Under the Sea

I recently bought a pattern on etsy to make these adorable mermaids and this one here was my first creation using that pattern. I love making toys for my youngest daughter, so since she likes Ariel from the Little Mermaid, I thought I'd make her an Ariel inspired one. She looks more like the toddler version on the Little Mermaid with her pudgy belly and chubby cheeks. ❤

I have two more I made to sell. I'll post those later with Buy Now buttons in my 'for sale' page.

Finally, an actual post!

I've just been busy with life and going through some tough times and I've slowed down on my amigurumi. Plus, I've been making Angry Bird beanies for my cousin's boys.

So, after a dry amigurumi spell, I concocted the idea of making a zombie amineko! I love zombies! I think it would be hard for me to kill them in a zombie apocalypse, but damn, it would be so much fun! 😉

Without further ado, here is BRAINna, the zombie girl amineko! She is adorable in her little jumper and boot.

It's been a while since I last posted here. I apologize. I just haven't worked on any amigurumi as of lately. It's been character beanies and a scarf. I'm itching to making toys again.

I'll be working on a Hobbes, a few of the minions from Despicable Me, and some other projects I hope to sell.

I am patting my back and popping my collar. This Oregon Duck made for my girl, Kelli is my ver first custom piece made. Not just that, I DIDN'T USE A PATTERN! I just used a picture and went by eye.

I've been behind in posting, I'm disappointed in myself. Not too much because I haven't posted, but because I've been slow on orders and I keep saying yes, when I should be saying no! It's just hard for me to say no. I'm extremely flattered that someone would want something crocheted by me, that I just can't say no!

Anyway, here is something else I worked on for an order. It's a giraffe. I made one ages ago, so I was up to making another for my friend, Kelli. It's so darn cute, I don't want to let it go, haha.
